THRIVE is designed to help you feel your best in everyday life. Strengthen your body, boost your endorphins, and relieve stress with express workouts. We created THRIVE to be an approachable, maintainable, and feel-good program that becomes a part of your lifestyle.
Follow 3 workouts per week, 30 minutes of full body work with minimal equipment - all you need is resistance bands and dumbbells! We’ve added to days of yoga to help you decompress, stretch out those muscles, and add different kinds of fitness to keep it fresh and fun to show up the next day.
LivBTR hopes to help you LIVE BETTER so you’ll also see resources, education, and accountability support.
