Diagnostic testing data (e.g., hormone panels, food sensitivity tests) is not stored in the LivBTR app. This information is collected and stored in Jane, our secure health professional software.

When booking services with our holistic health practitioners, life coaches, pharmacists, nutritionists, fitness professionals, or exercise rehabilitation providers, we may collect:

All information within Jane is subject to Jane’s own privacy and security policies.

LivBTR processes payments through trusted third-party processors:

We do not store credit card information, except where handled directly by Jane under their own privacy policy.

Our website and membership platform are hosted by Kajabi, which uses essential cookies for site functionality such as login sessions, account access, and checkout.
