How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Here's how to cancel your Kajabi account:
  1. Go to Account Settings > Subscription & Billing >Ā Change plan
  2. Scroll down and clickĀ Cancel subscription
  3. Follow the steps to complete your cancellation
Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your site becomes inactive and customers lose access to your content.
