Krista is a passionate coach with over a decade of experience in fitness, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and hormone-aware movement. Her work focuses on helping women rebuild strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies—especially through the often-overlooked transitions of perimenopause and menopause.
Krista’s deep understanding of this life stage comes not just from professional training, but from personal experience. Since January 2025, LivBTR has helped Krista address her own weight fluctuations, disrupted sleep, and bouts of anxiety—common but frustrating symptoms of hormonal change. She now shares her journey and insights to help others navigating similar challenges with compassion, honesty, and practical tools.
As the movement and implementation coach for Transform 360, Krista provides practical insight into strength training, inner core function, and pelvic floor considerations. Her expertise supports safe, effective movement strategies tailored for real life—including postpartum recovery and menopause transitions.
