Meet The Creators Of Transform 360

With over 20 years in fitness, health, and wellness, Brenley is a holistic health practitioner, sports nutritionist, and corrective exercise specialist. She specializes in hormone diagnostics, gut health, and life coaching, and plays a key role in shaping the program’s mindset and nutrition strategies. Brenley also provides one-on-one hormone diagnostic consultations, develops custom supplement protocols, and works closely with our pharmacist to support client consultations and prepare targeted plans.

As the mastermind behind Transform 360, Brenley is a key voice throughout the program, contributing to the daily expert lessons and live talks in areas such as mindset, nutrition, gut health, hormone balance, and supplements. Her grounded, science-backed approach ensures that every aspect of the program is built to educate, empower, and support lasting transformation from the inside out.

 

Krista, a fitness trainer and pelvic floor exercise specialist for over 15 years, brings real-life experience and expertise to the daily check-ins that keep Transform 360 participants inspired, focused, and supported. Having navigated weight loss challenges from her 20s through perimenopause, she personally tested and refined this program to offer a sustainable, root-cause solution that actually works.

Alongside our dedicated accountability coaches, Krista will guide you through a summer journey grounded in our three pillars of success—Mindset, Nutrition, and Movement—starting this July.
