This comprehensive 6-week online program was created to help individuals better understand, reconnect with, and safely and effectively strengthen their inner core and pelvic floor.

Through a combination of educational video lessons, guided movement practices, progressive exercises, and live virtual support sessions, you will learn how to build strength from the inside out while reducing compensation patterns that often contribute to symptoms.

Unlike generic core programs, this approach focuses on the foundation first:
Release → Retrain → Strengthen.

Learn the foundational knowledge every individual should understand about their inner core and pelvic floor, including:

  • The inner core muscle system explained
  • Pelvic floor muscle function
  • Breath mechanics and posture
  • Common pelvic floor dysfunctions
  • Why symptoms happen
  • The role of pelvic floor physiotherapy
  • How overcompensating muscles affect the body
  • The difference between tension and weakness
  • When kegels may or may not be appropriate

Progressive Movement Practices

Each week builds progressively with guided movement sessions designed to help you safely reconnect to your core and pelvic floor through:

  • Pelvic floor retraining
  • Stability and movement integration
  • Functional strength progressions
  • Everyday movement application

Live Virtual Support Sessions

Throughout the 6 weeks, you will have access to live virtual sessions where you can:

  • Ask questions

  • Review the exercise form
  • Gain additional support and accountability
  • Feel supported through the learning process

Private Community Access

You will also gain access to our own private LivBTR Wellness Community platform, designed to provide you with support similar to a Facebook group but without the noise and distractions of social media.
