I am loving my Drench Program. I feel like every week when I up my rep count and focus on my form I am getting stronger and building more muscle tone. My favourite thing about being part of this program is the support I am getting from the coaches and the form check classes. I also like the recipe ideas, but using it as a specific meal plan doesn't work for my daily schedule. One big thing I have noticed about myself is how much better my body feels now that I know how much protein I should be eating and now that I am eating enough. Also, I have noticed my squat/ lunge form and what muscles are working, has improved since learning proper form in the form classes. I am feeling good mentally. One thing I learned this week is the importance of front-loading my day in breakfast planning.
