PAYMENT

After you register for the program your coach/instructor will begin working on your program (if you purchased a program that requires tests, meal planning, workouts, etc.) You can cancel access to the Gut Reset Program up to one day before the program is intended to begin provided no additional programs or packages have been added. For example, a meal plan add-on requires 7 days' notice for cancellation as preparation starts on your plan before the plan commences.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

If you purchased a program that includes products, the products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase of the Gut Reset program. Delays may occur receiving products based on demand, ship-to location, and shipping limitations. It is best to ensure you sign up for a program 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS before the program start date to provide time to deliver any necessary products.

There are no refunds on the supplements provided for the reset after they have been shipped out.

DIAGNOSTIC TESTING

The cost of shipping to the testing facility is at your expense. Cost to ship depending on the place of residents.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring they follow instructions when shipping samples to avoid additional costs. Instructors are typically sent by email.

Programs are non-refundable once a testing kit has been shipped to the buyer.

Once your month has begun there will be no refunds on programs or products that can be downloaded, viewed, copied, or stored in an electronic format.

PROTOCOL

In our program communication is necessary. You will get back only what you put in. We expect weekly check-ins, communication with any issues with your program as well as with any other pertinent concerns. We want to ensure we support you in any way you need. This is a partnership and we must work together to uncover your greatest potential.
